Design concept: The design of the system meets the technical requirements of modern microbial fermentation tanks. The system integrates all essential components, and uses high-quality sanitary accessories to ensure the best performance and high safety of operation. The system adopts open frame design, including all pipelines, supply systems and individual upright tanks. The supporting pipelines are manufactured and installed on site according to the customer's manufacturing process requirements.

Material of construction: For parts in contact with the culture media, SUS316L stainless steel is used stainless steel parts, tempered borosilicate glass is used for non-stainless steel parts, and the sealing material is made of EPDM or silicone that meet FDA requirements; the non-contact part is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
