Heparin affinity resin can be applied for separation and purification of protein molecules that have specific binding with heparin molecules, including coagulation factors, antithrombin III, growth factors, interferon and lipase.
Heparin affinity resin uses super-macroporous polyacrylate hard gel as matrix and adopts unique chemical bonding technology from Bogen (A Duoning company) to immobilize heparin molecules, separating protein of interest through the specific binding between heparin and antithrombin III or protein molecules with similar structures.
Product features
? High protein-binding affinity
? High protein recovery
? Large pore size with low mass transfer resistance, suitable for purification of high viscosity samples
