Automatic Bulk Fill System


The bulk fill system independently developed by Duoning adopts a modular design, supports multi-point high-precision weighing, and can realize high-precision and rapid dispensing of samples. The filling volume is 50 ml – 20 L, and compatible with single-use bottles and bags of various volume specifications. Combined with optimized manifold design, the system can minimize the hold-up volume. The bottle/bag bracket can be customized in size according to the actual requirement, and will be automatically recognized by the system, avoiding installation error.

 

The system supports reverse recovery or air purge recovery to improve the utilization rate of bulk.

 

Functionally, it's equipped with pressure and flow monitoring and early warning functions, and can support online and after-filling component integrity testing.

 

The system is designed with user-friendly software interface, and supports fully automatic recipe operation and batch control to ensure stability and high process reproducibility. Meanwhile, the system can support functions of data backup and recovery, audit trail and electronic signature.
